Are you a “week day” dieter? Be sure to maintain your same diet and exercise routine throughout the weekend. Here are some tips to stay on track:
1. Log your food intake
2. Be sure to drink 1/2 your body weight in oz. of water
3. Be smart when dining out/ordering in - watch those portions!
4. Limit alcohol
5. Use your weekend to plan for a upcoming healthy week!
