Striving for perfection can actually hinder weight loss! It can lead to self-doubt and criticism which in turn lowers motivation. We encourage you to switch your mindset to focus on your progress (more energy, clothes fitting better, etc.). This can in turn make change easier and more attainable.
Set small goals for yourself, and work each day towards bettering yourself! Practicing healthy habits day in and day out is what creates change.
